Halloween 2011

My kids were at the prime age for Halloween this year. 

Kennedy was still okay hangin' out with the fam, 

Carter had enough strength to walk the whole time, 

and 

Addison didn't fight the whole costume thing!

IT WAS GREAT!

So in case you're wondering... Kennedy is a HOBO, 

Carter is a gorilla dude, and 

Miss Addison is Snow White. 

And... my favorite picture! 

The best thing in this whole world is watching my three children together.

I love that they love each other! 

Kennedy carried Carter's pail when he was tired, 

Carter picked up Addison's candy when she dropped it,

and like a sentimental "shmuck" I teared up every time. 

With God ANYTHING is possible!

Because my own son has limitations with his physical body

I crave examples of anyone overcoming great odds!

This video moved me to those ugly hickup tears!
(It didn't help that he sang one of my all time favorites)

It's Autumn time..

Okay it's official... 

Summer is over and my name is 

suddenly becoming much more talked about.

Well since I slacked I thought I'd share a few of my 

favorite summer moments. 

Kennedy moved Addison down to her room this summer

 and they both LOVE the company! 

I can't say enough good things about SISTERS,

just love the whole idea :)

Yes.. that is Addison playing with a dog and a TURKEY!?

Aunt Nicole's house was the funnest hang out place this 

year..

One of Scott's friends gave him a baby turkey as a joke, 

it took a WHILE to find a good home for "TOM"

I just think this is the PERFECT summer picture.

The cure ALL!

School officially started last Thursday and it didn't take long for
me to pull out my mega dose antidepressant.
Thank You little bears for jumping in that chocolate and
soothing my sad and bitter thoughts about the end of summer.
I can honestly say I enjoyed every moment!

Kennedy is so excited to have Mrs. Little as her 5th Grade

teacher this year.

She begged me to request her last year and when I asked

why she said...

"because she's a little lady like me Mom"

I guess there's no arguing with that logic.

Carter is in Mrs. Haight's second grade class.
She is one of our favorites at South..
I was also excited to find out there are only
18 kids in his class this year :)
He said "she is one of the nicest ladies, ever"
I feel so blessed that my kids are able to
go to such a great school!
Even though I will MISS them like
cRAzY!!!

Daddy is the BEST!

A couple of days before this picture I came home from work

and Addison was outside with the same messy hair she woke up with.

I gave Dan the look that said

"Really, you couldn't comb her hair ALL day?"

So the next time he was in charge he worked this pony magic...

It far exceeded my expectaions. ;)
